Findings: Heterogeneous uptake is observed in the right hemipelvis, sacrum and the right clavicle. There is also a bony lesion in the left frontal bone. A comparison with the prior bone scan indicates that the skull lesion is new, likely in keeping with a bone metastasis. Some of the remaining lesions show an interval increase in uptake intensity, possibly due to worsening Paget's disease. However, metastases or superimposed bony metastases cannot be entirely excluded.
